Prevention Is better than cure
Spokesperson Nick Dollman of Netcare 911 said, “Netcare 911 has attended to 15 drownings or near drownings in Johannesburg alone between 1 January – 14 February 2007. It’s one of the largest causes of child deaths in South Africa”. Prevention is better than cure he advised.
